Native Plant Garden Work Party

A handful of us gathered at the Methow Valley Interpretive Center to do a bit of weeding and pot up plants for our hopeful native plant sale scheduled for the fall.

We began with a tour of the garden by Rob Crandall. He shared his inspiring vision for this evolving garden and encouraged active participation from anyone willing to lend a hand.

After a brief break for pizza and drinks we put a good dent in the weeds and potted up some plants. A good time was had by all.

This garden will undoubtedly be one of the best native plant gardens for eastern Washington!

We would love to see you at the next work party. Please sign up on our newsletter to be notified of our next gatherings. You can sign up for this free newsletter by filling out the form on the right hand column of this page.

Here's some photos of our work together.
